Class Attendance Limits
To promote safe and sustainable training, clients are encouraged to maintain a balanced schedule. If a pattern of excessive participation is observed, you may be asked to limit your attendance to a safer number of classes per week. This is to protect your health and ensure proper recovery between sessions.
Class Access Restrictions
Participation in advanced or specific classes may be temporarily restricted if safety concerns arise. Access will be reevaluated once concerns have been addressed and necessary improvements are demonstrated.
